Looking for a Vending Pro Who’s Ready to Lead Change, Not Just Manage It

Are you tired of talking about progress while standing still? We’re seeking an experienced operator from vending, office coffee services (OCS), or micro markets—someone who understands what works, what’s broken, and how to implement real change.

This role offers the chance to move away from firefighting daily issues and instead lead transformative initiatives across the UK and Europe using smart, proven technology. Your goal will be to help businesses become leaner, more efficient, and more profitable, guiding them from start to finish.

The Role: Consulting Services Manager

You will be responsible for implementing our innovative platform into client operations—planning, training, project managing, and supporting throughout their journey.

From initiation to go-live, you will serve as the expert, assisting clients to:

* Map out their current business processes across departments
* Design tailored implementation plans
* Deliver comprehensive training (both on-site and remote)
* Identify and mitigate risks early
* Share best practices, tips, and industry insights
* Provide regular updates and keep projects on track
* Build long-term relationships through ongoing consultation and support

This position combines project management, client education, business analysis, and consulting—ideal for someone with practical experience eager to help others improve.

Qualifications:

* Extensive background in vending, OCS, or micro markets, with progression into senior management roles
* Strong project management skills—organized, analytical, and prioritization abilities
* Leadership and excellent communication skills—capable of training, consulting, influencing, and motivating
* Pragmatic approach—focused on effective solutions rather than just theoretical ideas
* Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Proficient with web-based tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet)
* Excellent Excel skills; Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus

Additional Details:

* Home-based role—no office commute
* Frequent travel within the UK and occasional trips to Europe for client support
