Working in close partnership with the Clinical Lead and District Nurse, you’ll lead and manage our dedicated community nursing team—overseeing patient care and incidents, championing staff development, upholding professional standards, and actively contributing to clinical governance. Your leadership will be highly visible, offering guidance, support, and motivation to colleagues as you help shape the culture and performance of the service. This dynamic position blends 40% clinical practice with 60% management, giving you the opportunity to stay hands-on in patient care while driving service improvement and team development.
