The role will offer an interesting variety of work in an amazing location with no two days being the same. As this role covers the Peak District your contractual place of work will be the nearest National Trust consultancy office to your home, the Estate Office is Longshaw. Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places.We’ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40–60% of your working week. This role requires travel to various locations in the Peak District (some with very limited/no public transport available). As an Estate Manager, you’ll be working with a wide range of conservation and heritage professionals along with our tenants and other stakeholders to deliver a modern and progressive land management approach that we need to achieve our strategic ambitions.You’ll provide our property team with advice, guidance and support on all land management matters, playing an integral part in the portfolio’s leadership team.The National Trust has the motto ‘For everyone, for ever’ at its heart.
