Contract Type: Flexible (Full-Time, Long-Term, Day-to-Day Supply)
Salary:petitive, based on experience
About the Role:
1. Provide 1:1 and small group support to students withplex needs.
2. Assist in delivering tailored learning plans to support academic and emotional development.
3. Work closely with teachers and therapists to create a nurturing and structured environment.
4. Implement effective behaviour management strategies to support student engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
5. Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with ASD, SLD, or otherplex needs.
6. A patient, understanding, and resilient approach to supporting students.
7. Strongmunication and teamwork skills.
8. Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant desirable but not essential).
