Responsibilities
* Proactively manage a portfolio of personal injury claims from start to finish.
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
* Handle complex claims, including Scottish, Northern Irish, and vulnerable road user claims.
* Mentor and support less experienced colleagues in the Personal Injury Claims Team.
* Conduct regular audits to maintain quality assurance.
* Negotiate effectively with claimants and third-party representatives.
* Identify and address potential fraudulent claims.
