Candidate Profile: Private Wealth Capital Formation
• 15+ years of front-line experience within private wealth channels, including Family
Offices, UHNWI, and HNWI clients. Demonstrated excellence in capital acquisition and
relationship management.
• Prior career history with top-tier financial institutions such as private banks, multi-family
offices, asset managers, fund placement agents, or private investment firms.
• Deep network of active private capital allocators and proven ability to unlock capital
commitments through tailored relationship development.
• Skilled at providing strategic investment guidance to sophisticated private wealth
stakeholders.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills with an exceptional record in sustaining
investor engagement.
• Creative thinker with a commercial edge—able to conceptualize and deliver practical
solutions for client and firm objectives.
• Strong presentation skills and the capacity to translate technical investment information
into compelling narratives.
• Comfortable operating autonomously, while highly collaborative within a fast-moving
team environment.
• Solid understanding of private markets and alternative fund structures; exposure to
DeepTech investments advantageous but not essential (training available).

Key Responsibilities: Private Wealth
• Senior mandate working directly alongside the firm’s executive leadership.
• Lead capital formation initiatives targeted at sophisticated private capital channels.
• Develop strategic coverage models for each client; articulate a differentiated value
proposition.
• Foster long-term relationships with high-value private wealth clients and investment
gatekeepers.
• Maintain insight into investor objectives and constraints to align engagement strategy
accordingly.
• Ensure timely and compliant delivery of investor communications, documentation, and
disclosures.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of market dynamics, investor preferences, and industry
movements.
Candidate Profile: Institutional Capital & Strategic Fundraising
• Minimum 15+ years of institutional fundraising and investor relations experience, with at
least 5+ years in senior capital development roles.
• Established and active network of institutional allocators and LPs; proven performance in
capital mobilization.
• Experience cultivating institutional relationships across pension funds, sovereign wealth
entities, endowments, and fund-of-funds.
• Demonstrated expertise in alternative investments, preferably including structured
vehicles or fund-of-funds.
• Strong technical fluency with investment products and private fund structuring.
• Track record in long-term investor alignment and institutional strategy execution.
• Highly analytical and strategic in navigating investor agendas.
• Executive-level communication style—able to distill and present complex ideas succinctly.
• Operates independently with an integrated mindset, complementing a boutique-style
investment platform.
• Appreciation of DeepTech/AI market themes is a plus (firm-supported learning available).
