You'll play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge engineering solutions for advanced industries, managing design projects from concept through to manufacture, and mentoring a small but skilled engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the engineering function, overseeing projects from concept through to production
+ Remain hands-on with 3D CAD design and development work
+ Guide and support junior engineers
+ Translate customer requirements into practical engineering solutions
