About The Role
Are you ready to take the lead in a vibrant kitchen environment? We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team at Butlin’s in Bognor Regis!

A trip to the seaside wouldn’t be complete without great food, and we’re committed to delivering that experience to every guest, every time.
As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our culinary operations, leading a team of up to 15 chefs and kitchen porters. Your responsibilities will include:
* Recruiting, training, and developing your team
* Managing stocktakes, rosters, and timesheets
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and food safety standards
* Collaborating closely with the Venue Manager and front-of-house team to provide exceptional service
Additionally, you may support other kitchen teams and participate in event work during conferences held on the resort.

As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll also manage margins, control costs, and oversee all health, safety, and hygiene aspects. Our chefs at Butlin’s are truly special, and we know our guests love returning to our restaurants as part of their holiday experience. Typical working hours: You’ll work five days over seven, covering 40 hours per week, and you’ll be part of a bonus scheme.
