16th June, 2026 As a specialist recruitment partner, we are proud to be supporting a high-growth New Zealand organisation in the search for a Quality and Regulatory Manager. This is a key role within the business, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the leadership team. You will help drive and maintain quality systems and regulatory processes, ensuring products continue to meet high standards while supporting business growth and market access. This opportunity will suit someone with a quality background who is keen to take the next step in their career. We are open to candidates who may not have extensive medtech experience but can bring transferable skills and experience from other highly regulated industries such as infant formula, pharmaceuticals, or similar manufacturing environments. What you will do Lead and maintain quality systems in line with relevant standards and regulatory requirements Support continuous improvement initiatives through gap analysis and process enhancements Coordinate internal and external audits and support certification activities Assist in maintaining regulatory approvals and ongoing compliance requirements Partner with leadership to strengthen and embed a quality-focused culture Contribute to ongoing development and improvement of quality processes and systems What we are looking for Experience working within quality systems and/or regulatory environments Experience with ISO13485 would be highly advantageous, however not essential Background in medtech, infant formula, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries considered Experience with audits, quality systems, CAPAs, or process improvement activities Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a range of stakeholders Someone excited by the opportunity to grow and develop within a dynamic environment What's in it for you Opportunity to influence and help shape quality systems and business processes Health Insurance Generous salary package aligned with experience Share options included Opportunity to grow and develop within a supportive environment Work within an innovative, purpose-driven business Autonomy, ownership, and the ability to make a tangible impact How to apply Click APPLY NOW or call Belinda at Scitex Recruitment on 09 200 3121 for a confidential discussion.
