A well-established logistics company is seeking a Customs Compliance Administrator to join its busy team in St Albans. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or A-Level leaver looking to start a career in freight forwarding and customs compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing customs documentation
* Processing customer orders and creating job tickets
* Monitoring transit documents and liaising with EU agents
* Ensuring accurate data entry, costing and agent selection
* Handling queries and supporting the compliance team
Requirements:
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
* Good IT skills (including Excel)
* Organised, proactive and team-focused approach
Hours & Benefits:
* Mon–Fri (rotating shifts: 07:30–16:30 / 08:00–17:30)
* 1 Saturday morning every 6 weeks
* 22 days holiday Bank Holidays
