* Platform Uplift – Enhance the Payroll Reporting API, data ingestion layer, and ETL pipeline to meet top-tier engineering and reliability standards.
* UK Delivery – Launch features specifically tailored for UK payroll compliance and user experience.
* Strategic Vision – Help define the long-term architecture of payroll reporting, aligning with broader global data and AI goals.
