The Estates Surveyor provides corporate property management support, service coordination, and strategic advice for a diverse commercial property estate, focusing on efficient administration, client relationship development, profitability, and business growth.\n\nJob Description\n\nManagement of landlord enquiries and observation of obligations under the lease\nRegular liaison with tenants on other responsibilities\nCo-ordinating and resolving third / neighbouring party requirements and disputes\nCo-ordinating and managing the sublet estate\nPlanning, undertaking and reporting on inspections\nEnsuring that property files are up to date\nEnsuring that there is the appropriate level of data, supervision and regular reporting on the client property database\nManaging specialist service partner provisions across a portfolio of properties\nReview and quality assure reporting and recommendations from specialist subject matter experts\nCarry out routine Lease Advisory and Agency work\nMonitoring and updating any client helpdesk\nCo-ordination of quarterly tenant meetings\nPerformance management of contractors and service providers\nContribute to the planning, development and monitoring of premises\nCollation of data and reporting on H&S and Environmental performance\nAccident investigation and reporting, and assisting with co-ordination of insurance claims\nInvoice processing\nTo be aware of and comply with company and statutory requirements regarding health and safety, fire and hygiene\nThe candidate will be expected to work in a flexible way and as part of a team\nLine management of administratorExpertise & Professional Development\n\nRecognized for expertise, you're the go-to person in your field, frequently receiving referrals from colleagues and answering peer questions.Commercial Acumen & Enterprise\n\nYou proactively share client intel and opportunities with your colleagues to generate leads.
