Senior Business Analyst
£55,000 - £70,000 - Solihull (Hybrid)
A leading UK technology and connectivity business is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering internal systems transformation projects. Based in Solihull, this is a hands-on role for an experienced analyst who can work across process, systems, and stakeholder functions to drive operational efficiency and measurable business improvements.
This role will support and lead initiatives focused on internal applications such as CRM, ServiceNow, and quoting and billing platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and a growing software development team to translate business requirements into high-impact, well-defined deliverables.
The position is hybrid, with Monday, Wednesday and Thursday office-based work required post-probation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct full lifecycle business analysis across internal systems and business processes
2. Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to gather and define requirements
3. Produce detailed process maps, documentation, and solution designs aligned with Agile practices
4. Support post-merger system integration and change initiatives
5. Assist software teams through the SDLC, including user story development and UAT
6. Deliver process and systems improvements that directly impact efficiency and cost-saving goals
Required Experience
7. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst in fast-paced, hands-on roles
8. Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering
9. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
10. Experience in process mapping, system documentation, and business case development
11. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development cycles
12. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (certification is advantageous)
13. Experience with business system transformation and process integration
14. Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship and able to meet SC clearance requirements
15. Comfortable working from the Solihull office three days per week

Salary and Benefits
19. Salary between £55,000 and £70,000, depending on experience
