Responsibilities
* Lead and support site teams to deliver outstanding FM services aligned with Mitie's values.
* Ensure contractual and statutory compliance across multiple school sites.
* Manage budgets effectively to achieve profitability while providing the best service.
* Oversee planned maintenance, lifecycle works, and subcontractor performance.
* Drive Health & Safety compliance and maintain strong client relationships.
* Produce accurate reports and monitor service delivery performance.
* Recruit, develop, and retain talented staff while fostering a culture of excellence.
What We\'re Looking For
* Facilities Management qualification and proven experience in PFI and education contracts.
* Strong operational knowledge of utilities and lifecycle management.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Commercial awareness with a performance-driven mindset.
* Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Commitment to safeguarding children and young people (Enhanced DBS required).
