Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with TPIs and key stakeholders.
Understand partner needs, challenges, and objectives to deliver tailored support.
Act as a key point of contact, ensuring all queries are resolved promptly.
Account Support and Administration
Support Account Managers with daily communications and reporting.
Record and track meetings, correspondence, and actions for accountability.
