Location: This is a National Role – Daily travel is required across the Royal Mail Group network, with travel to Royal Mail head office London as and when the business requires.

As the Operations & Network Manager – Parcel Lockers, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering our national locker installation strategy across Royal Mail sites and third-party locations. You’ll lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and ensure seamless, first-time-right installations.

About the role
Reporting to theHead of Locker Deployment:
* You will lead the end-to-end parcel locker installation process, ensuring first-time success and safety.
* Drive performance through coaching, capability building, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, HR, procurement, finance, and other Royal Mail Group functions.
* Manage contractor relationships and 3rd party suppliers and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
* Shape and execute locker installation plans in partnership with the site acquisition team.
* Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
* Engage with senior stakeholders, including trade unions, board members and external partners.
About You
What You'll bring:
* Experience in parcel locker or similar infrastructure deployment is essential.
* Proven leadership in managing large-scale technical installations and geographically dispersed teams.
* Deep understanding of physical deployment processes, tools, and techniques.
* Experience working with contractors, third-party suppliers, and internal stakeholders at all levels of the Royal Mail Group.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle complex, multi-site installations.
* A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering results.
