Concrete Repair Technician (Water Industry) £14-£18 per hour + Van + Paid Travel & Accommodation + Training + Progression Birmingham to Swindon (Regional Sites)

This is an opportunity to join a well-established contractor operating across the water sector, delivering high-quality concrete repair, maintenance, and refurbishment works on essential water and civils infrastructure projects. The role is site-based and involves carrying out concrete repairs including patch repairs, spalling repairs, structural reinstatement, and the application of protective coatings. You'll use basic hand tools such as grinders, trowels, and rendering equipment, working as part of a wider site team to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Projects are located across the Birmingham to Swindon region. For candidates based further away, travel expenses and accommodation are fully covered, with working away Monday to Friday.
This role is ideal for a Concrete Repair Technician seeking stability, paid travel, and clear opportunities to develop skills and progress within a specialist water industry contractor.
The Role:
* Carry out concrete repairs, structural reinstatement, and protective coatings on water industry sites
* Use hand tools including grinders, trowels, and rendering equipment
* Work safely to project specifications, deadlines, and H&S standards
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
* Company van provided, with travel and accommodation covered when working away
The Person:
* Concrete Repair Technician or similar
* CSCS Operative card required
* Based within or willing to travel across the Birmingham to Swindon area. Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
