Commercial / Business Development Lead – Office & Production Sectors

We’re looking for a commercially driven individual to support senior leadership in accelerating growth across the Office & Production sectors. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of opportunities from initial engagement through to contract close.
The Role
You’ll play a central part in driving revenue and winning new business, with responsibility for:
* Owning the end-to-end sales and bidding process
* Delivering new business, organic growth, and retention
* Leading and coordinating bid activity and cross-functional teams
* Shaping commercial proposals, pricing, and deal structures
* Managing pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity
* Working closely with senior stakeholders to execute sector sales strategies
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or bid leadership
* A proven track record of winning and converting business
* Strong commercial awareness across revenue, margin, and risk
* Experience in the service or private sector environment
* Ability to lead opportunities end-to-end and work cross-functionally
* A driven, competitive mindset with a focus on results
