Graduates with industrial metallurgy or laboratory experience within manufacturing or similar environments are encouraged to apply.
Role Overview
1. Work within a foundry environment, collaborating closely with quality and technical teams.
2. Review customer metallurgical drawings and develop specific work instructions for manufacturing.
3. Ensure traceability and proper documentation for all melting and metal processes.
4. Suggest process improvements where possible.
5. Support production planning and operations to meet targets efficiently.
6. Conduct microstructural testing using optical and digital tools.
7. Perform root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.
8. Generate reports for customer returns and internal audits.
