Join Our Team as a Product Support Engineer!
Are you passionate about engineering and customer support? We are looking for a dedicated Product Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sunderland. If you have a knack for problem resolution and a strong customer care focus, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
* Provide exceptional technical and customer support post-delivery.
* Resolve customer-reported issues promptly and effectively.
* Serve as the direct interface for customers, maintaining professionalism and high support standards.
* Conduct on-site support and training sessions for distributors and key customers.
* Build and nurture lasting relationships through proactive customer visits.
* Collaborate with the Sales Team to enhance customer satisfaction and explore spare parts opportunities.
What We're Looking For
* Engineering-related qualification or equivalent practical experience.
* Strong communication skills.
* Flexibility to travel across Europe and other continents, with a approximately of 7 trips per year (up to one week oer trip)
* Experience with electrical and mechanical machines and a customer-focused approach.
