Job Role
Sous Chef – High‑volume branded restaurant group, East London.
Responsibilities
* Execute daily kitchen operations in a fast‑paced high‑volume environment
* Lead and mentor a team of 15–20 chefs and kitchen staff
* Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation across 100+ covers
* Handle back‑of‑house administration, ordering, and stock control
* Collaborate with group systems and ordering platforms to streamline kitchen workflow
Qualifications
* Proven experience in casual dining at high volume, managing large teams
* Background handling weekly sales of £45k–£55k
* Strong people skills – mentor junior chefs and build a high‑performing team
* Understanding of group systems, ordering, and stock control
* Knowledgeable on back‑of‑house administration and kitchen workflow
Benefits
