The Role: As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the face of our business, travelling across the UK & Ireland to install, service, and support our cutting-edge packaging and labelling machinery. Every day will bring something new: * Installing, commissioning, and maintaining high-speed packaging equipment * Fault-finding across mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems * Supporting our exclusive checkweigher partnership with a leading European brand * Delivering world-class customer service and technical expertise on-site If you thrive on variety, independence, and problem-solving, you’ll love this role. Experience required: * 2–3 years’ experience in a Field Service or Technical Engineer role * Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including wiring, fault-finding, and PLC basics ideally * Hands-on experience with packaging or labelling machinery (or similar) * A proactive approach to problem-solving — and the confidence to work solo or in a team * A full UK driving licence * Engineering qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent) preferred * Welding or fabrication experience?
