We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager To work with the Head of Service for the area and senior managers to deliver CIW Registered Accommodation for Children and Young People over the age of 11years. To be responsible for shaping and delivering the homes and managing the staff team within the home’s Statement of Purpose on a strategic and operational basis. To work in partnership within Llamau senior managers and other service managers to deliver homes which provide high quality care and support to our young people which operates in line with the values of Llamau, whilst also working in a multi-agency and multi-disciplinary approach to focus on ensuring the best outcomes for each child or young person within the homes
