We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to provide a Business Support function for the Integrated Social Care & Health Centre staff team. This is a 80 bed reablement service that will provide short term care and support to Sandwell residents. You will be required to undertake the necessary admin functions to ensure the service operates to a high standard. Are you: Able to provide an effective, efficient and professional front line service Driven and committed to achieving results Able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team Able to manage competing demands A good communicator with a range of staff and visitors Key Requirements: Essential requirements OCR L2 or equivalent in Word Processing GCSE C or above in English & Maths or equivalent At least 2 years’ experience of working in an administrative/business support environment Experience of using Microsoft Office applications Working Hours 20 hour post is working 4pm till 8pm Monday to Friday 19.5 hour posts are working alternate weekend and one day in the week as detailed below. Week 1 Monday 9am till 5.30pm and Saturday 8am till 8pm Week 2 Sunday 8am till 8pm and Friday 9am till 5.30pm Additional Information Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
