Join Amazon Fashion as a New Account Manager

Your role will focus on driving new business acquisition through various strategies. You will generate a pipeline of promising seller leads via prospecting and outreach, support the onboarding process, and help sellers make their products available to millions of Amazon customers. As an Account Manager, you will build strong relationships with your seller accounts, provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization. You will also gather seller feedback to help improve Amazon's products, services, and tools for third-party sellers.
This role combines business development, account management, and customer advocacy skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential sellers via phone or email.
2. Prioritize and manage a pipeline of sellers to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
3. Act as a business partner for new sellers, providing data-driven insights to optimize their success.
4. Educate sellers about Amazon’s standards for delivery and customer experience.
5. Help sellers learn and master Amazon's tools and systems for catalog, inventory, and sales management.
6. Understand the specifics of the Fashion category to identify trends and tailor your pitch.
7. Track, report, and analyze business development results and data for your seller portfolio.
8. Manage your time effectively to achieve your targets in a results-oriented environment.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods for small and medium businesses.
* Experience influencing at all organizational levels, especially at the executive level.
* Proven success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
