Join the Kitchen Sales Designer role at Howdens. As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you will support our Trade customers by turning their clients’ dream kitchens into a reality. Meeting end users in their homes, you will listen to their vision, understand their needs, and offer expert advice. You will plan and design inspirational kitchens that exceed expectations for design and utility, and you will negotiate with Trade customers while promoting the integrity and value of the design and the quality of our products.
Responsibilities

* Plan and design kitchens that meet customer needs and exceed expectations for design and functionality.
* Negotiate with Trade customers while protecting the integrity and value of the design and product quality.
Skills and qualifications
* Customer service
* Thrives in fast-paced environments
* Strong eye for design
* Previous sales experience
* Prioritisation and organisation skills
* Curious learner
* Results driven
* Full UK driving licence
* Access to your own vehicle
* Previous design (CAD) experience is preferred but not essential
Training and development
We offer face-to-face and online training via Howdens Academy, covering kitchen measuring and compliance, inspirational design, technical product knowledge, and sales skills. We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences that lead to sales.
