Job Description You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support for a pupil in Year 4. The role involves helping the child access learning, manage behaviour, and develop social and emotional skills in a safe and structured environment. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Assist with classroom activities, ensuring the pupil can engage with learning tasks. Implement behaviour management strategies and maintain a positive learning environment. Support the pupil's social and emotional development.
