We are looking for an Audit Manager to join our office in Gatwick. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. As a key leader within the Audit team, you will lead and develop team members while ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to clients.
You’ll make an impact by:
* Identifying and resolving key audit matters and contentious items in consultation with clients, senior team members, and our technical experts.
* Briefing and overseeing staff on assignments and providing on-the-job training.
* Attending and presenting at client audit committee and board meetings.
* Supporting business development, including scoping and pitching opportunities.
* Participating in networking events.
What we are looking for:
Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves learning, and enjoys connecting with people? If you can spot inefficiencies and are passionate about improvement, this role is for you! We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Our ideal candidate:
* Is ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent
* Has experience in Assurance tasks within a professional services firm, ideally at Manager level
* Has proven client handling skills and can produce high-quality Assurance work
* Has experience with analytical review approaches (desirable)
