Christmas Customer Assistant - Food (Nights) - Cowley Simply Food
Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Foods section, where you\ll champion high-quality products, great value offers, and excellent customer service. We are seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are excited to share it with customers.
Saturday: 20:00-04:00
Note: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates will be asked to work up to full time during the weeks commencing 14th and 21st December.

Unsocial premium: Please note that the + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added only on hours worked between 22:00-06:00.

Work Pattern
* Tuesday: 20:00-04:00

We will also request that successful candidates work up to full-time during the weeks commencing 14th and 21st December.
Purpose
To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, putting customers before tasks while championing and promoting our brilliant products. As the face of the business, you will be the voice of our customers helping us to continually improve.
Key Accountabilities
* Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points
* Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring shelves are stocked
* Monitor and deliver on daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
* Training to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time
