We are looking for a confident, commercially minded, and highly capable Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our Kettering clinic and support operations across our expanding franchise network. The ideal candidate will also be sales-focused and passionate about growing clinic performance, increasing bookings, and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of the Lumi SKN Kettering clinic to ensure a seamless and professional client experience.
* Provide operational support and guidance to our franchise clinics, including occasional site visits and virtual check-ins.
* Lead and manage the in-clinic team, including practitioners and front-of-house staff—handling rotas, training, appraisals, and recruitment.
* Ensure all clinics maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance (including CQC, GDPR, and health & safety regulations).
* Drive clinic growth through strategic sales initiatives, treatment campaigns, upselling, and customer retention strategies.
* Monitor clinic performance, KPIs, and conversion metrics, implementing improvements where necessary.
* Coordinate treatment promotions, client engagement, and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
* Oversee stock management, treatment room readiness, and supplier relationships across all clinic sites.
* Act as a liaison between head office and franchise partners, offering structured operational support and brand consistency.
* Be willing and able to step in and deliver client treatments in cases of emergency staff absence or annual leave.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience in a clinic or spa management role (aesthetics or beauty industry preferred).
* Level 4 qualification in aesthetics, skin therapy, or a related field is essential.
* Demonstrated experience in growing a clinic, hitting sales targets, and improving business performance.
* Strong commercial awareness with a focus on client acquisition, rebooking rates, and treatment package sales.
* Competent and confident in delivering skin/aesthetic treatments, with a client-focused approach.
* Familiar with clinic software and CRM systems (e.g. Pabau, Phorest, etc.).
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Experience working with or supporting franchise models is desirable but not essential.
* Willingness to travel occasionally to support external sites.
Desirable:
* Experience with treatments such as laser, microneedling, chemical peels, or skin rejuvenation.
* Knowledge of CQC compliance and industry regulatory standards.
