Role Description
The purpose of this role is to coordinate activities associated with the Clarke VF Programme, ensuring milestone-related activity is correctly tracked and timely reported onto various databases and progress tracking systems. The role holder will provide support to the Clarke Vodafone team as directed by the Assistant Project Manager in order to aid successful delivery of the programme. This will include monitoring key milestones and driving their progress. The role holder will also liaise with suppliers associated with the programme and ensure their progress is correctly tracked and recorded.Preferably working in the office 4-5 days per week. Some travel to other UK headquarters required.
Qualifications
Essential
* Experience in administration and coordination
* Demonstrable Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Office)
* Experience of managing and developing effective and efficient processes
* Able to get to Newbury office
Desirable
* Experience in mobile telecoms industry
* Familiarity with Customer tools and systems – Site Tracker, Evenflow, Caesium
* English and Maths Grade C or equivalent
* Valid driving license

Salary range: £23,000 - £28,000
