Job Title: Solutions Consultant
Location: Hybrid 3 days per week onsite in London
Contract Details: Temporary until 31st August 2026
Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Oversee project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, and documentation. Propose solutions and anticipate challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
* Content Development: Update existing solutions or create new repeatable content (e.g., tutorials, best practices). Ensure all solutions are documented effectively to drive business efficiency.
* Strategic Collaboration: Define long-term solution strategies with cross-functional teams, influencing technical product features with minimal guidance.
* Solution Execution: Deliver tailored solutions based on defined user/partner/client objectives, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
* Trend Analysis: Identify and analyse solution issues, collaborating with engineering to mitigate future risks and improve delivery workflows.
* Technical Customisation: Help leverage and customize solutions that align with user/partner/client needs, articulating their value through design sessions.
* Partner Insights: Generate insights and contribute to business reviews, identifying new opportunities for partner strategies.
* Product Assessment: Support the identification of product gaps through feedback analysis and communicate these to internal teams.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with manager-level stakeholders to troubleshoot and enhance offerings, addressing escalations effectively.
* Relationship Building: Maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to deliver quality solutions. Advise on best practices to optimise technology use.
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in operations management, project management, and consultative skills.
* Strong technical acumen and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience in customer conversations and industry knowledge.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills with a systems thinking approach.
