Planner Admin – Loughton
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Shift: 42.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
On-site working: 5 days a week on-site
Salary: £28,000 per annum
A well-established UK infrastructure business — delivering essential energy, water, telecoms and social-housing services — is looking for a Planner Admin to support its growing retrofit and maintenance programmes in Loughton.
What you'll do
* Prepare, review and monitor appointments, site visits and completions to guarantee deadlines and timescales are met
* Manage subcontractor works — liaising daily with subcontractors, clients and internal teams via phone and email
* Maintain a pipeline of works in progress (WIP), processing updates on appointments/visits and completion records
* Ensure all relevant parties are kept informed with the latest scheduling and progress updates
What we're looking for
* At least 2 years' relevant administration experience
* Familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar planning software
* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
* Knowledge of building regulations is a plus (but not essential)
