1. Lead the delivery of high-quality tax consultancy services to a diverse client portfolio.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice and tailored solutions.
3. Mentor and support junior staff, ensuring professional development and high-quality output.
4. Overseeplex assignments, tackling technical tax issues with confidence.
5. Drive business development opportunities and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
6. Manage billing, WIP, andpliance with internal risk management procedures.
You will ideally be:
7. CTA qualified (or equivalent), with strong experience in OMB tax matters (ie tax, corporation tax, CGT, IHT).
8. A proactive problem-solver withmercial awareness and a solution-focused approach.
9. An excellentmunicator, able to adapt your style to different clients.
10. Collaborative, with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
