Data and Impact Officer The Special Educational Needs Advice Centre (SENAC), a charity supporting parents of children with SEN, wish to recruit a Data and Impact Officer SENAC is a regional charity providing confidential, independent SEN advice and advocacy for parents and their children on the statutory special educational needs system in Northern Ireland. This post is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. Post: Data and Impact Officer 8hrs per week. Fixed Term Contract for the duration of the SEN Community Support and Information Project from the date of appointment until project funding ends in June 2030. Salary: £6996 per annum in Year 1 Summary of Role Description: To ensure SENACs charitable work has a positive impact on the children, young people, and families we support, the Data and Impact Officer will be responsible for collecting, managing, and analysing information, data, and stakeholder feedback. This position is essential for informing project development, enabling ongoing measurement of our impact, and ensure SENAC meets grant monitoring requirements and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and other relevant legislation. Personnel Specification : Experience in operational maintenance of databases in an employed capacity. Experience in, and knowledge of the development, implementation and management of appropriate internal monitoring and evaluation systems in an employed capacity. Proven experience in data analysis and producing data/statistical reports in an employed capacity. Experience of gathering and contributing evidence for impact/monitoring reports and applications for funding. Excellent quantitative and qualitative data analytical skills.
