Job Description
We are recruiting for a Senior Manager, Employee Communications, on a 12-18 month FTC. We offer a competitive base salary and a strong benefits package.
As a Senior Manager in Employee Communications, you will support significant change announcements across our businesses and Group Functions, helping to create a growing, simpler, and better-connected organisation.
What youll be doing:
* Defining and delivering a HR & Transformation communications strategy that engages employees within the function and across the broader HR & Transformation community.
* Acting as a business partner to the Group Chief People and Transformation Officer, providing strategic guidance and advice.
* Working with the Employee Communications Leadership Team to develop and deliver communications strategies aligned with L&Gs strategy and transformation goals.
* Leading content development, stakeholder engagement, and event delivery to support communications plans.
* Collaborating with stakeholders across HR and Transformation to support emerging objectives through employee communications.
* Ensuring communications are reviewed and approved by knowledgeable and skilled individuals.
* Managing employee-related matters, maintaining consistency and adherence to policies and procedures.
* Adopting an agile approach to delivery based on business needs.
Qualifications

* Significant knowledge of employee and change communications strategies.
* Experience working within financial services or large complex/matrixed organizations.
* Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to develop engaging narratives for employees.
* Ability to work autonomously, propose solutions, and collaborate to meet deadlines.
* Experience partnering with senior leaders in fast-paced environments.
* Effective relationship management with external agencies and colleagues.
