Our client are looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Manager who will use data, marketing technology, and automation to fuel growth. What You'll Do
CRM & Marketing Automation
* Manage the firm's CRM system (HubSpot) day-to-day
* Create segmented lists & workflows to support campaigns
* Manage & optimise automated email journeys
* Maintain clean, enriched & properly tagged CRM data
Partner with wider colleagues to track and report on engagement
Digital Advertising
* Plan & activate paid advertising campaigns
* Monitor spend & performance against KPIs
Test & optimise creative, targeting & messaging
Search Optimisation
* Drive activation of the SEO strategy
* Conduct keyword research & implement on-page improvements
* Ensure technical SEO best practices are in place
Track rankings, site health & traffic performance
Marketing Analytics
* Own digital performance reporting across all channels
* Deliver monthly reports & ad-hoc insights
* Make recommendations based on data & trends
Channel Optimisation
* Ensure website journeys are optimised for conversion
* Support UX & site structure improvements
* Conduct audits & benchmark against competitors
Test new tools & techniques to boost performance
Other Responsibilities
* Support wider Marketing & BD campaigns
* Manage relationships with agencies & tech providers
Stay up to date with the latest in marketing tech & best practice
Who We're Looking For
* A technically minded marketer with hands-on CRM & automation experience (HubSpot ideally)
* Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital campaign optimisation
* Analytical mindset — confident using data to make decisions
* Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects at once
Passionate about digital marketing and eager to keep ahead of industry trends
