An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health Care Assistant to join our team in providing care in local nursing and residential homes. The successful candidates must have previous paid experience within a care setting, and experience in using moving and handling equipment. Good communication and compassion is essential.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with personal care tasks
* Supporting mobility and safe movement using appropriate equipment
* Offering companionship and clear communication with service users
* Light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe environment
* Monitoring, recording, and reporting changes in health and wellbeing
