Role: Lead Manager - Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)\n Location: Luton (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite)\n Rate: £750/day\n Duration: 12 months\n IR35 Status: Inside IR35\n Sector: Aviation / Procurement / Risk & Compliance \nWe are supporting easyJet with the hire of a senior contractor to lead the setup and delivery of a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) function from the ground up. This is a high-impact role within a major UK airline, responsible for establishing a scalable, board-visible risk and compliance framework aligned with ESG, regulatory, and corporate governance standards. \nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDesign and implement a comprehensive TPRM strategy, policy, and operating model\n\nDevelop tools, triage processes, and due diligence frameworks across the supplier base\n\nLead third-party risk assessments and integrate risk scoring into procurement systems\n\nBuild cross-functional alignment with Legal, Audit, Compliance, Sustainability, and Procurement\n\nDefine reporting lines to the AMB and Audit Committee, ensuring senior-level oversight\n\nCreate training materials, playbooks, and support internal capability uplift\n\nDeliver a full programme handover to ensure long-term business adoption\nIdeal Candidate Profile:\n\nProven experience delivering TPRM, supplier risk, or third-party governance frameworks\n\nStrong background in procurement, risk, compliance, or ESG within regulated or complex industries\n\nComfortable designing policy, leading cross-functional initiatives, and working with board-level governance\n\nAble to operate strategically, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver tangible outcomes in large matrix organisations\n\nExperience with sustainability scoring tools (e.g.
