You will; • Enter and process orders in ERP, manage EDI portals. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and Zendesk, handling product availability, billing, scheduling, returns and complaints. • Liaise with couriers to track orders, report damages, and arrange replacements. • Work closely with supply planning, accounts and logistics teams to resolve stock issues and ensure on time order fulfilment. • Provide professional updates on lead times, delivery schedules and resolve escalated issues. • Support our E-commerce Managers to deliver the best customer experience. • Maintain customer account data through CRM and generate reports. You will be working in a fast-paced telephone and email customer service environment, delivering a positive customer experience. The requirements: The candidate will be confident when dealing with customers both internal and external, in a range of situations, maintaining a high level of professionalism. Essential: Strong verbal and written communication. Active listening, empathy and problem solving Previous Customer Service experience. Good Computer skills and telephone manner. Detail orientated, ability to multitask and problem solve. Team player with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Desirable: Good understanding of end-to-end customer service and supply operations.
