Join us as a Joiner and bring your skills to a team that values your expertise and shares your commitment to quality and care.
Key Responsibilities
As a Joiner, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the homes we provide to our customers. You'll work across a variety of properties to deliver high-quality joinery and carpentry services, including:

* Inspecting completed work and ordering materials as required.
* Maintaining accurate records of work using our scheduling systems.
* Communicating clearly with customers about the work being carried out and expected timescales.
* Working closely with colleagues, contractors, and partners to ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
* Representing Bolton at Home professionally within customers' homes and out in our communities.
* Promoting health and safety, equality, diversity, and inclusion in everything you do.

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry and Joinery (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
* Demonstrable experience in joinery and carpentry, ideally in residential maintenance or refurbishment.
* A good understanding of housing repairs, from door hanging and flooring to kitchen fitting and general carpentry tasks.
* Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to listen, respond and work effectively with customers and colleagues.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to support others and contribute to shared goals.
* The ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
* A full, valid UK driving licence.
