Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Engineer to join our client's friendly team based close to Hilton. This role involves a mix of 1st and 2nd line support, ideal for someone with a solid tech background who wants to develop further.
* Salary: £24,000-28,000
* Monday to Friday, office hours
* Training and opportunities to gain certifications
The Role:
* Helping clients by resolving IT issues (1st and 2nd line)
* Working with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Windows 10/11
* Managing network tasks like DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routers, and firewalls
* Setting up laptops, mobiles, and phone systems
* Supporting senior engineers on IT projects
* Maintaining records and meeting support deadlines
The Candidate:
* Some experience in IT support, preferably in an MSP or business environment
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
* Basic networking skills
* Familiarity with backup and security tools
* A team player eager to learn and grow
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, or Azure AD
* Experience with VoIP or telecoms
* Understanding of Cyber Essentials
