The Role
The Administrator supports the Security & Counterparty team or internal clients by onboarding clients, insurers, and counterparties, ensuring accurate and compliant records in the broking system.
You will ensure responsibilities are completed according to company policies and objectives.
What you’ll do:
* Prioritize work with senior team members to achieve business goals.
* Serve as liaison between business units and team members, referring complex queries.
* Maintain records and produce metrics to ensure efficiency.
* Contribute to team plans, manage projects, and provide management reports.
* Develop expertise in insurer agreements and mentor business units.
* Assist with onboarding questionnaires and documents.
* Utilize company systems to capture and update information.
* Maintain up-to-date records and respond to urgent issues.
Who we’re looking for
* Understanding of insurance broking regulations or related education preferred.
* Experience in compliance/security departments in UK regulatory environment is a plus, but full training provided.
* Strong communication skills.
* Self-motivated with analytical and problem-solving skills.
