Lead and motivate a small inside sales team, ensuring they hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Track team performance, maintain CRM accuracy, and report on pipelines and revenue. Foster a high-energy, customer-first sales culture in the office. What We're Looking For Proven B2B sales experience in an inside sales, telesales, or account management role. A confident, proactive approach with a track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets. Comfortable leading by example, coaching colleagues while driving your own sales.
