Job Title: Educator / Teacher
To provide a high-quality education service for our pupils in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and standards set by the Regulatory Body. To work with the Head Teacher, Deputy Head Teacher, leadership team, and other stakeholders to secure high standards throughout the school.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Plan, deliver, and teach individual pupils or small groups, following the School’s Curriculum framework and related policies.
2. Monitor, record, and report on pupil progress.
3. Contribute to and help implement developments related to the School Development Plan.
4. Promote the physical, educational, and moral development of pupils in line with Company policies.
5. Develop and implement learning environments and programs to ensure appropriate progression.
6. Coordinate teaching, development, assessment, recording, and reporting across key stages as agreed with the Head Teacher.
7. Design, implement, and review individual education and behavior plans in collaboration with staff.
Qualifications Required
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
