As the Team Assistant/Administrator, you'll play a vital role in maximising the efficiency of various teams within the organisation. Working closely with the Practice Manager, you'll support the achievement of our client's goals and objectives by ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Job Type: Permanent, fully office based (temp-to-perm)

Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm)

Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Processing & Monitoring of New Business using CURO event lists
2. Creating Client Review Packs as trained by the Administration Manager
3. Ensure CURO is updated with all relevant information
4. Entering New Business onto CURO and provider platforms as instructed by Paraplanners.
5. Contact clients from your client group to book in for reviews, in line with the client review process.
6. General Client Administration
7. Answering phones/Covering Reception
8. Post Meeting Letters as requested by Paraplanners
9. Ensure continual compliance with Health and Safety issues.
10. Ensure continual compliance in line with GDPR regulations
