Office & Administration Assistant – Business Support Team – Edinburgh
6 month Fixed Term Contract

Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient administrative support within the Business Support team
* Office contact for local office as required
* Handle all office-based tasks as required, ensuring timely completion within SLAs
* Serve as a named contact for specific Partners/Directors requiring reactive support

Role Details:
As a Business Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
* Arranging internal and external meetings
* Booking travel
* Managing files in the archive
* Creating, editing, and formatting Word and PowerPoint documents, ensuring brand compliance
* Processing DocuSign requests
* Raising client invoices
* Adhering to risk management policies and maintaining confidentiality
* Supporting the Office Manager with office operations, including post, couriers, stationery, and facilities issues
Minimum Criteria:
Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Additional desirable skills include:
* Can-do attitude
* Previous office experience
* Understanding of change management
* Ability to see the bigger picture and adapt to changing needs
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
