Growth Strategist

Join Soar With Us as a Growth Strategist. Remote‑first (UK‑based) with optional office access in London, Leeds or Manchester. Salary £50,000‑£60,000 + performance bonus. Reports to the Head of Growth.

We manage over £250 M in ad spend across Meta, Google and TikTok in 2024 with an A‑Player team of 50+.


Your Impact

* Deliver measurable client growth through paid media strategy, campaign execution and cross‑team leadership.
* Set and manage client growth roadmaps tied to revenue and acquisition KPIs.
* Lead a cross‑functional POD of media buyers, creatives and account managers.
* Ensure alignment across media, creative and client success teams.
* Deliver measurable revenue growth and strong client outcomes.
* Support client retention and cross‑service upsells.


Responsibilities

* Growth Strategy & Planning – Develop 12‑month growth roadmaps, align creative, performance and financial goals, set ambitious data‑backed KPIs and conduct market research.
* POD Leadership & Collaboration – Coordinate Account Managers, Media Buyers and Creative Strategists, drive alignment and set direction.
* Data‑Driven Optimisation – Monitor performance using Shopify, Triple Whale and ad analytics, transform raw data into actionable insights and real‑time optimisations.
* Client Communication & Relationship Building – Build trust‑based relationships, present data‑backed insights, provide regular performance updates.
* Creative Collaboration – Partner closely with creatives to develop conversion‑focused campaigns aligned with strategic goals.


Requirements

* Minimum 3 years managing paid media campaigns on Meta or Google.
* Deep understanding of acquisition channels, landing pages, e‑commerce best practices and growth levers.
* Proven track record in producing accurate forecasts and data‑driven strategies.
* Strong grasp of creative ideation, data‑backed execution and performance analysis.
* Clear, confident communicator with a talent for simplifying complex ideas.
* Experience leading cross‑functional teams and aligning creative and media strategies for maximum impact.
* High proficiency in Shopify, Triple Whale and other e‑commerce analytics tools.
