Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 Podiatrists to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or entry-level professionals looking to develop their clinical skills with full mentoring and support provided by experienced clinicians.
You will work across the clinic and conduct home visits, delivering comprehensive podiatry care to a diverse patient base. Flexibility and a willingness to learn are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of foot and lower limb conditions
* Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
* Perform therapeutic and minor surgical techniques as required
* Prescribe and fit orthotics
* Maintain accurate patient records using Cliniko software
* Provide exceptional patient care and communicate effectively
* Participate in home visits as part of service delivery
* Collaborate with the wider team and assist with reception duties when needed
Requirements
* BSc in Podiatry (or equivalent)
* HCPC registration (or eligibility to register)
* Full UK driving licence (essential for home visits)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Kind, friendly, and professional approach
* Willingness to learn and develop clinical skills
Desirable
* Experience using Cliniko software
* Previous clinical experience (not essential – mentoring provided)
What We Offer
* Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible working available)
* Annual Leave: 27 days
