Activus Recruitment is working with a well-established quarry company based in Aberdeen to recruit an experienced Fleet Mechanic. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable business and be part of a skilled, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair faults on a variety of fleet vehicles, including HGVs, LGVs, trailers, and powder tankers
*
Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and inspections
*
Ensure the safe and proper use of tools, equipment, and PPE
*
Carry out daily checks on lifting and plant machinery
*
Support and mentor junior team members as needed
What We're Looking For:
*
Proven experience in HGV/LGV maintenance and diagnostics
*
Strong understanding of vehicle standards and health & safety practices
*
A proactive and responsible attitude towards safety
*
Full UK driving licence
